cooking/baking dinner

- lentil burgers/patties or some kind of patties
- dark leafy greens - kale/spinach
- quinoa/pasta salad
- beets
- roasted vegetables

- butternut squash soup
- fennel and orange salad
- fish/salt/squid/clams

- muffins, pear granola
- ricotta (make this first)

- ricotta bruschetta -- lemon basil, or pear walnut
