Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and ground pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange cauliflower slices on a
rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and
pepper. Roast until golden brown on top, about 15 minutes. Flip and
continue cooking until tender, about 10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
